Specialized Wins Delay in Roubaix License Rejection
The bike maker objected to ASE’s motion for authority to reject certain executory contracts with Specialized, specifically its license to make bicycles under the Roubaix trademark, which it first licensed from Advanced Sports in 2003 for the U.S. market.
