Skechers Sues Brooks over S Mark
SKX is suing Brooks Running in Los Angeles federal court, accusing the Berkshire-Hathaway-owned sneaker company of using an italicized “5” on some recent models that is “virtually indistinguishable” from Skechers’ “S” marks.
