Vista Outdoor completed its acquisition of Bozeman, MT-based Simms Fishing Products for $192.5 million, which includes roughly $20 million in future tax benefits, and is expected to add approximately $110 million in net sales. VSTO expects the transaction to be accretive to earnings in FY24, excluding transaction costs, transition costs and inventory step-up.
