Shareholder Suit Claims Camping World Misled Investors
Camping World is sued by David Ronge in Chicago federal court claiming that Camping World’s statements to investors about its internal financial controls and the rollout of the Gander Mountain acquisition from bankruptcy misled investors in its early months as a public company and allowed CWH insiders to cash in on more than $530 million in stock sales at prices as high as $45.92. The stock has been below $20 recently but is now trading at $21.38.
