Shareholder Class Action Filed Against Peloton
As expected, shareholder rights attorneys were quick on the trigger after PTON’s dustup with the Consumer Product Safety Commission last month, filing a proposed class action in Ea. NY federal court. The suit purports to represent a class of investors who acquired PTON shares between Sep. 11, 2020 and Apr. 16, 2021, and accuses the company of violating federal securities laws.
