The Trump Administration is opening a 301 Investigation into subsidies that it claims the EU provides to Airbus in violation of WTO rules, and ski suits (6112.20.20), women’s recreational performance outerwear (6202.99.12), women’s and girls swimwear (6211.12.40 and 6211.12.80) and hunting knives (8211.92.60) are among the products that are on an initial list for retaliatory tariffs.
