Q30 Files Objection to Transfer of License Deal to New PSG Owners


The makers of the anti-concussion technology have asked the DE bankruptcy court not to approve the transfer of their exclusive license to the new owners of the company led by Sagard Capital, claiming that Performance Sports Group has committed numerous breeches of the license agreement. Among other things, they claim to have clinical and laboratory proof of the viability of the Q Collar as “safe for use by athletes and effective in reducing markers for brain injuries that often occur in those engaged in hockey, football and soccer.”
