PSG Shareholder Suit Settlement Moves Forward
The $13 million settlement reached last Dec. in the long-running class action filed by the Plumbers & Pipefitters National Pension Fund against former Performance Sports Group CEOs Kevin Davis and Amir Rosenthal, has now received preliminary approval.
