Peloton Sees First Profit in Breakout Quarter
PTON reported net income of $89.1 million in its final fiscal quarter ended Jun. 30 against a loss of $47.4 million last year as pandemic-driven demand sent revenues up 172% to $607.1 million from $223.3 million. It expects the meteoric growth to continue, guiding for FQ1 sales to more than triple to $720 to $730 million with $80 to $90 million of adjusted EBITDA, and full-year 2021 is expected to see revenues of $3.50 to $3.65 billion and $200 to $275 million of adjusted EBITDA.
