Peloton Prices IPO at $7.6 Billion Valuation
The streaming fitness company is offering 40 million Class A shares at $26-29 per share which would raise $1.1 billion at the midpoint and $1.3 billion if the overallotment of 6 million shares is sold. In addition, there will be 235.9 million Class B shares outstanding that have voting rights for 20 shares compared to 1 share for the A shares. That would make Peloton the 12th most valuable stock in the industry on its IPO, just ahead of Gildan ($7.5 bb) and Columbia ($6.6 bb) but trailing Under Armour ($8.1 bb) and Canadian Tire ($8.9 bb).
