Nike Sues Skechers Over Copying Designs
The highly detailed 37-page complaint in Central District of CA accuses Skechers of producing nearly identical versions of its Air Vapor Max and Air Max 270 sneakers, while pointing out that the Eager Beavertons already have another suit pending on similar grounds for copying their Free and Flyknit designs and another by Converse for copying the midsole of the Chuck Taylor.
