StockX struck back in its reply to Nike’s trademark lawsuit against it, saying that its “Vault” NFTs based on the Swoosh’s products are not digital sneakers. Rather, the NFTs are just placeholders for authenticated physical goods that the reseller marketplace is storing for customers.
