Nike Hammered in Q4 But Plans to Wield the Hammer in Future
The Eager Beavertons sustained a loss of $790 million against income of $989 million for the final quarter ended May 31 as sales plunged 38% to $6,313 million from $10,184 million as a result of store closures mostly in North America and EMEA. They believe, however, the disruption in the marketplace presents an opportunity to accelerate the consumer direct offense and announced a number of initiatives to further that goal, including some 150-200 owned retail stores this year in North America and Europe with the intention of a further rollout in the future.
