Nike Faces Challenge to Air Jordan 1 Trademark


Just days after the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office approved Nike’s Air Jordan 1 trademark, New York-based attorney and founder of RGL Consulting Group, Robert Lopez, filed a challenge with the office alleging fraud.
