Nike Continues Legal Onslaught in Factory Outlet Case


The Eager Beavertons, in a 43-page complaint peppered with legalese, ask a CA court to again dismiss an amended complaint by Monika Taylor that alleges Nike pricing policies in its outlet stores are deceptive because the Suggested Retail Price that is compared to Our Price in the outlets were never actually prices at which a substantial number of products were sold recently. The E.B.s continue to argue that a Suggested Retail Price is different from a Formerly Sold At price.
