Nike, BSN and Dick’s Sued by Graphic Designer
Landon T. Jones, a/k/a Adobe Bryant, has sued Nike, BSN Sports and Dick’s SG in Galvaston, TX, federal court, accusing them of using his “BALLIN” mark on March Madness apparel.
