New Shareholder Suits Filed Against Camping World
Two virtually identical suits charge that CWH butchered the rollout of the Gander acquisition by trying to manage Gander’s inventory using a system that was designed for selling low volume, high priced RVs. It also reiterates charges in earlier shareholder suits regarding CWH’s lack of accounting controls, which produced a restatement of earnings, and the fact that management and early investors cashed out on the IPO and subsequent secondary offerings after making misleading and false comments to investors.
