Military Trainers Will be Made in USA


The U.S. military has awarded New Balance, Propper International and San Antonio Shoe new contracts to supply the Defense Department with trainers for recruits under the Berry Amendment. New Balance is producing 92,000 units in ME, but the order could be expanded to 248,000. Propper has a contract for 348,000 units to be made in MO and San Antonio Shoe was awarded 398,000 units to be made in TX.
