Manchester United’s commercial revenues were off 11% to £62.6 million ($82.7 mm) in its fiscal second quarter ended Dec. 31, from £70.6 million the year before. Sponsorship generated £37.8 million, down 16% year over year, primarily due to a one-off sponsorship credit in the prior quarter, helped by the impact of the club’s shirt sponsorship extension.
