Lululemon and Genesco Had a Happy Holiday, but Shoe Carnival Lagged
LULU narrowed its Q4 revenue and earnings expectations to the top end of its previous guidance range citing a strong Holiday season in both stores and digital channels. It now expects revenue of $775 to $785 million assuming total comp sales increasing mid-single digits on a constant dollar basis, compared to previous guidance of $765 to $785 million. Net income is now seen as coming in at $0.99 to $1.01 per share, at the top of previous EPS guidance of $0.96 to $1.01.
