JD Sports Separates Chair and CEO Roles
The U.K.-based parent of Finish Line and other banners has decided to accelerate the separation of the roles of chairman and chief executive officer. A review determined that internal infrastructure, governance and controls have not kept up with the company’s rapid growth.
