JD Sports’ Footasylum Deal Hits Another Snag


The U.K.’s Competition and Markets Authority has restated its provisional ban on JD Sports’ acquisition of sneaker retailer Footasylum, despite the Finish Line parent’s successful appeal to the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
