Intersport Sells The Athlete’s Foot
Intersport International will sell the sneaker retailer to Arklyz Group, which is the parent of Intersocks and also distributes Crocs, Implus, Spenco and other brands in various European countries. The Athlete’s Foot has revenues of around $400 million last year, down 9% due to the pandemic despite a big jump in e-commerce. This year, sales through May are up 47% year-over-year, and are up 14% from 2019.
