In-N-Out Sues Puma over Cali Drive Thru Sneakers
The popular California burger chain contends that a collaboration between Puma and designer Mike Charnan came up with a shoe that borrows its color scheme, has an insole that could be interpreted as a hamburger and uses its trademarked palm trees on the laces in a shoe that is named the Cali Drive Thru. It also notes that it has used its marks on apparel since 2015.
