Handgun Trade Drops in April
Handgun imports were off 11% for the month to 257,484 units pulled down by a 13% drop in pistol imports that more than offset a 2% increase in revolver imports, according to ITC data compiled by the NSSF. Long gun imports were higher, including rifle imports that inched up less than 1% to 54,510 units and shotgun imports that nearly doubled to 72,828 units.
