GoPro Returns to Profitability in 2021


Net income of $52,626,000 was up 19% over $44,413,000 on revenue that increased 9% to $391,149,000 from $357,772,000, driven by the launch of the latest flagship model, the Hero10 Black. Total units sold in the quarter were just over 1 million. DTC sales at GoPro.com, including subscription revenue, increased 10% to $128 million, or 33% of total revenue. GoPro and Quik subscription revenues totaled $16.8 million, up 118% year-over-year, with a mid-90% attachment rate from DTC camera sales.
