Gildan Sees Activewear, Underwear Gains in Q2
Net income declined 9% to $99.7 million from $109.0 million in the second quarter on 5% higher revenues of $801.6 million up from $764.2 million driven by fashion basics, fleece, and global lifestyle brand sales. Excluding restructuring costs of $16.3 million in the quarter against $3.0 million last year, adjusted net was up 3% to $115.0 million.
