Garmin Results Slip in Final Quarter


Fitness segment sales were flat for the fourth quarter, coming in at $470,146,000 against $470,811,000 as advanced wearable growth was offset by lower cycling sales. Full year sales improved 16% at $1,533,788,000 compared to $1,317,498,000 on demand for both advanced wearables and cycling. The Outdoor segment posted $378,218,000 in Q4 sales, slipping 8% from $411,935,000. The drop came as component constraints limited order fulfillment for traditional handhelds and dog products, pushing a number of into Q1.
