Big Foot chairman and CEO, Dick Johnson is retiring after a nearly 25-year career at the retailer, and will be succeeded on Sep. 1 as CEO by Mary Dillon, who was most recently CEO of Ulta Beauty. The FL board has decided to separate the chair and CEO roles, however, and lead independent director Dona Young will become non-executive chair after Johnson leaves the board at the end of the fiscal year on Jan. 31, 2023. Johnson will remain as an advisor to Dillon through April.
