Fleet Feet Disputes Price of JackRabbit Deal
Fleet Feet Sports parent J Street 1976 is suing the Running Specialty Group and affiliates in DE Chancery Court for failing to pay on a more than $6 million price adjustment from the $47.7 million acquisition of JackRabbit. According to the suit, RSG is breaching the asset purchase agreement to pay back part of the acquisition price after the deal closed last Nov.
