Handgun imports more than doubled in Feb. to 434,204 units, according to ITC data complied by the NSSF, including a 115% jump in pistols to 408,838 units and a 75% increase in revolvers to 25,366 units. Rifle imports increased 72% to 63,136 units, while shotgun imports nearly quintupled to 235,628.
