FICOR Resurrected by Biden Administration
As demand for outdoor recreation continues to ride a lockdown-induced participation wave, the Biden administration has brought back the defunct Federal Interagency Council on Outdoor Recreation to bolster public access on federal lands as part of its American the Beautiful initiative.
