In a move to bolster its presence in the North American market, the parent of Fjäll Räven and other outdoor brands has acquired 100% of Royal Robbins. Fenix had global sales of €539.9 million ($667.8 mm) in 2017, about half of that from retailing operations in Northern Europe.
