The Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America spoke on behalf of the footwear industry Jan. 27 as U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman testified before the U.S. Senate Finance and House Ways and Means Committees on the potential impact of the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
