BBM claims in a suit filed in Pittsburg federal court that Dick’s ordered ammunition under its Field & Stream label which it acquired for $4,492,550 that it agreed to take delivery on by Nov. 16, 2016, but it failed to take delivery on $3,071,910 of it until the following August.
