Dick’s Topped $12 Billion in Record 2021


Net income jumped 58% to $346,093,000 in the fourth quarter from $219,614,000 on 7% higher revenues of $3,352,160,000 up from $3,125,307,000, including a +5.9% consolidated comp with +14% store comp more than offsetting an 11% decline in e-commerce. The results lap an exceptionally strong final quarter in 2020, where comps grew 19.3% and e-commerce sales soared 57%. E-commerce now accounts for 27% of total Q4 sales, down from 32% in 2020, but up from 25% two years ago.
