The total purchase price of $28 million for the inventory and assets will cover three stores in PA, two in NY, two in NC and one in MI. SPWH said the deal was consistent with its normal pace of store openings following a period when it had scaled back to invest in its omni-channel capabilities. They will be converted to Sportsman’s Warehouse stores and now meet or exceed the return targets of a new store for SPWH. It said the deal will be neutral to EPS in FY 19 and accretive next year.
