The bottom line swung back to black with a $14,411,000 profit in the final quarter, against last year’s $134,004,000 loss, on sales that were up 35% to $822,626,000 from $609,352,000. Total comps across all segments were up 36.9%, and DSW was up 36% to $716.3 million, including 11% growth in digital even on top of last year’s spike. Stores comped up 36.3%, lapping a 19.7% decline, as traffic rose 47%. By category, athletic comped up 14% and athleisure gained 21%, accounting for 44% of sales.
