Delta Apparel Buys Another Digital Printer
DLA has acquired the assets of SSI Digital Print Services for $12 million, which it will merge into its DTG2Go subsidiary. SSI is expected to contribute $15 million in revenue to the parent and be immediately accretive. The business is based in Iowa, and DLA said it can now service 90% of the U.S. market with its current footprint of digital printing.
