Crocs to Focus on Digital Sales in 2020
Crocs touted a 16% improvement in total DTC comps for 2019, including 21.0% in the Americans region, followed by EMEA at 13.3% and Asia at 5.6%, in a presentation to investors at the ICR Conference. Looking ahead to 2020, the clogmaker will start reporting its digital revenue using a combined DTC number along with a new digital revenue number made up of sales from crocs.com sales, online marketplaces and e-retailers.
