Crocs Hits a Home Run in Q3


Net income grew 240% to $35,676,000 in the third quarter from $10,492,000 as revenues were up 20% (+21% CC) to $312,766,000 from $261,064,000, including wholesale growth of 25%, e-commerce up 28%, and +12.5% retail comps. The gains were partially offset by negative currency impact of $3 million and a $4 million reduction from store closures. The company sold just under 16 million pairs of shoes, increasing 13.9% year-over-year, and average selling price was up slightly to $18.99, as less discounting and higher prices on certain products more than offset changes in channel mix and currency impact.
