Court Appoints Arbitrator on Discovery Request of NFL Concussion Knowledge


A New York state court has agreed to let a neutral attorney decide what materials the NFL must turn over to the insurance companies who are disputing a claim by the league to cover its massive $2 billion concussion settlement with players.
