Compass Diversified Acquires Crosman
Crosman was sold for $152 million in cash by Kazmaier Associates and had revenues for the trailing 12 months of about $118 million making airguns, archery, optics and related accessories. CODI said it funded the purchase with cash on hand and its existing credit facility and will own 98.9% of the entity with some of the management investing in the rest.
