Speaking for the first time since the Rhino-Rack acquisition was announced, CLAR mapped out its plans for the Australian company at Stifel’s 2021 Virtual Cross Sector Insight Conference. Rhino-Rack will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary out of its Sydney, Australia headquarters, with its new parent focusing on pushing North American and European distribution. While it is the market leader in Australia and New Zealand, the brand has only 5% market share in North America.
