Clarus Finishes Tepid Year with Strong Q4 Gains


Net income was down 43% to $7,069,000 from $12,387,000 in the final quarter as CLAR lapped a $10.4 million tax benefit last year, while revenues climbed 24% to $75,947,000 from $61,022,000. The top line includes about $6.6 million in contribution from Barnes, whose acquisition the company completed on Oct. 2. On an organic basis, sales increased 14% over last year .
