Canada Goose Has Loss in Q4 After One Time Costs


The outerwear maker had a loss of C$23,312,000 ($17.3 mm) for the final quarter ended Mar. 31 against a loss of C$9,894,000 prior as sales jumped 22% to C$51,096,000 ($37.9 mm) from C$41,921,000. This year’s results included C$17.0 million in one-time costs such as management fees to investor Bain & Co. and share based compensation. GOOS said its adjusted EBITDA, which also included substantial tax recoveries in both years, was a loss of C$11,433,000 this year against a loss of C$8,398,000 last year.
