CWH filed an S-1 registration on behalf of Crestview Partners and CEO Marcus Lemonis to sell up to 7,705,000 Class A shares worth $333,087,150 at the current price of at $43.23 a share. Its share price has nearly doubled in the past year since its IPO in Oct. 2016 at $22 per share.
