Cahill v. Nike Plaintiffs Respond to Motion to Dismiss


Plaintiffs in the ongoing sex discrimination suit added an additional party plaintiff and amended their complaint to address some of the objections Nike raised in the motion to dismiss it filed earlier this month. The complaint added additional information regarding specific examples of women receiving lower compensation than comparable male colleagues, being passed over for promotions and facing a hostile work environment.
