BSN Sports has picked up its latest high profile acquisition with Big Foot’s team sports division that is currently operated under the East Bay banner, the two parties announced. Terms were not disclosed, but the deal is expected to close within weeks. The Team Sports business was not a huge top- or bottom-line contributor for FL, and has historically made up less than 1% of the retailer’s revenues, according to the release. The company’s 2021 10-K filed with the SEC did not break out figures for the division.
