Brooks, Flowbuilt Partner on New Manufacturing Capability
The makers of the customized Superfeet insole have expanded their capabilities in their Ferndale, WA, facility with a multi-section injection machine that will enable it to create lasts and molds faster, according to the company, and it has named Brooks as its first performance running shoe partner that will deliver a personalized running shoe. Flowbuilt said its facility now has 3D printing and injection molding equipment that will enable it to create anything from a prototype to thousands of pairs of footwear.
